Privacy Policy
This Save Cigars campaign hub is designed to be privacy-friendly. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect or store personal data from consumers or retailers who use the public parts of this site.
We also anonymously count total visits to this site to understand the scale of our campaign. This count does not include your name, email, IP address, or any other identifying information.
When you use the "Complete with support" or "Complete it yourself" options, we record only an anonymous count of the type of completion (assisted or self-serve). This count does not include your name, email, IP address, or any other identifying information.
If you sign up for more information using your email address on the homepage, your email is stored securely and used solely to send you updates about the Save Cigars campaign. We do not share your details with third parties, and you can request to be removed from our mailing list at any time by contacting us.
If you contact us via the contact form, your name, email, and message are forwarded to the campaign team and used solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not share your details with third parties.
The government consultation survey itself is operated by the UK government on its own website, under its own privacy policy. Any information you submit there is governed by that policy.
Terms & Conditions
This site is provided by the Save Cigars campaign to help members of the public respond to the government consultation on plain packaging for cigars, pipe tobacco, and other tobacco products.
The recommended answers provided in the "Complete with support" flow represent the campaign's position. You are free to review and modify them when completing the survey yourself. Submission of the consultation response is made to the official government survey.
This campaign does not encourage or promote tobacco use. It is solely concerned with the packaging policy under consultation.
We reserve the right to update or withdraw this site at any time. For any questions about these terms, please contact us.
Cookie Policy
This site uses only essential cookies required for it to function correctly. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Any analytics collected are aggregate and anonymous, used solely to understand how many people have engaged with the consultation campaign. This includes an anonymous total visit count and the number of consultation completions, neither of which is linked to your identity.
